Position **Senior Sales Manager – Dubai, UAE** Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to establish and expand GMC Group's presence across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive FMCG sales experience, strong distributor and modern trade relationships, and a proven track record of building brands and delivering revenue growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets. * Appoint, manage, and grow distributor networks across the UAE. * Build strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains. * Lead negotiations with distributors and major retail customers. * Drive market penetration for GMC's confectionery, beverages, breakfast snacks, and laundry product portfolios. * Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. * Lead and develop local sales teams and merchandising activities. * Ensure excellent product visibility, distribution, and execution at retail level. * Identify new business opportunities across the GCC region. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * 8+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the UAE * Strong network within UAE retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. * Experience handling multinational or regional FMCG brands. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid UAE driving license preferred.
