Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to support the finance team in managing daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced business environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documents. * Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. * Support payroll processing and expense tracking activities. * Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance requirements. * Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions. * Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support is preferred. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. * Excellent numerical and analytical skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and organizational abilities. * Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally. **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations. * Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Professional accounting certifications or ongoing studies are an advantage. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package. * Visa and medical insurance as per UAE labor law. * Annual leave and other statutory benefits. * Career development and professional growth opportunities. * Friendly and collaborative work environment.
