Assistant Accountant

Location: Ajman Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview: Perfect Foodstuff Packing L.L.C. is a leading company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to customers across the UAE. We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with FMCG industry experience to join our growing finance team. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets. Handle monthly closing, year-end closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and UAE regulations. Assist in tax-related documentation and audit requirements. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required. Analyze financial data and provide management with useful financial insights. Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities. Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls. Prepare management reports and maintain proper documentation of records. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in inventory management and ERP systems will be an added advantage. Familiarity with international accounting standards is preferred.
