**Job Description** We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for our retail stores Book Corner & Funzone. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE **VAT**, **Corporate Tax**, and standard accounting practices. Female candidates only with sponsor visa. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger). * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements. * Handle VAT calculations, returns filing, and compliance as per FTA guidelines. * Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance, record-keeping, and filing. * Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash. * Monitor inventory costing, stock adjustments, and purchase entries. * Maintain timely and accurate records of sales, expenses, and supplier payments. * Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management. * Prepare payroll, leave salary, and end-of-service calculations. * Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. * Ensure all accounting data is filed securely and updated regularly. * Generate periodic reports for management decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. * Minimum 2–3 years accounting experience in UAE (retail experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT** and **Corporate Tax** regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.). * Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas). * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * High attention to detail and accuracy. **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Performance-based bonuses * Professional growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
