**About Us:**
We are a growing Ecommerce company looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Assistant Accountant** to join our finance team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage **accounts receivable (debtors)** and **accounts payable (creditors)** effectively.
* Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and reconcile customer/vendor statements.
* Oversee **inventory management**, ensuring accurate stock records and reconciliations with accounting data.
* Process supplier invoices and customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
* Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and summaries.
* Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in the ERP system.
* Assist in audits and other finance-related tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **2 years of accounting experience**.
* Strong knowledge of **debtor & creditor management** and **inventory management**.
* Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).
* Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
**Preferred:**
* Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,750.00 per month
