Assistant Accountant (Male)

With a commitment to quality and efficiency, we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our accounting and finance team. **Job Purpose** To assist the Accounts Department in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Junior Accountant will ensure timely and accurate documentation in line with company and UAE accounting standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Record daily purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries in the accounting system. * Prepare and process supplier and customer invoices. * Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable ledgers. * Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts. * Support month-end and year-end closing activities. * Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements. * Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and vouchers. * Assist with VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. * Coordinate with other departments for invoice approvals and payment updates. * Support the senior accountant or finance manager as required. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. * 1–2 years of experience in accounting. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and VAT. * Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word etc. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Accommodation and transportation provided by the company. * Visa, air ticket, Insurance as per UAE Labor Law. **How to Apply** Interested candidates can send their CV @ [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
