Assistant Restaurant Manager & Assistant Business Development Manager

**The Business Development & Assistant Restaurant Manager** is responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition, catering/event sales, and strategic partnerships while also supporting daily restaurant operations. The role combines **sales growth, client relationship management, and marketing coordination** with **operational supervision, staff management, customer service, and quality control**. Success is measured through revenue growth, new partnerships, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing**, or a related field (preferred). Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in Business Development or Sales within the **F&B, catering, QSR, or restaurant industry**. Prior experience in **restaurant operations or supervisory roles** is an added advantage. Strong understanding of **F&B service standards, costing, menu knowledge, and customer handling**. Proven ability to **generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships**. Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills. Ability to manage **teams, shifts, and daily operations** effectively. Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms**. Strong analytical skills for **sales reporting, forecasting, and market analysis**. Ability to **multitask** between sales, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
