Job Vacancy: B2B & Driver ManagementCompany: Yalla SK 🚖Location: Erbil 📍📌 About the RoleYalla SK is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to take on a dual role combining B2B field sales and driver management. You will be responsible for expanding our corporate client base while ensuring our driver network operates at the highest standard.Responsibilities💼 B2B -Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to companies, residential projects, restaurants, and malls.-Client Acquisition: Persuade decision-makers to adopt Yalla SK as their primary transport solution.-Networking: Build strong professional relationships within the private sector.-Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly reports on leads and closed contracts.👤 Driver ManagementRegistration: Onboard new drivers and guide them through the full registration process. -Quality Control: Monitor driver behavior and passenger interactions.-Problem Solving: Resolve driver and passenger complaints promptly.-Training: Lead monthly sessions to improve driver professionalism.-KPIs: Track driver acquisition and retention metrics.🎓 Requirements-Education: Bachelor’s degree or Institute diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome).-Languages: Native Kurdish and proficient Arabic (English is a plus).-Tech Skills: Good command of Microsoft Excel and computer basics.-Behavioral CompetenciesExcellent communication and persuasion skills.-Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.-Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.Comfortable working both in the field and with a team.Note: Salary will be discussed during the interview.How to ApplyCandidates may apply for one specific role or the combined position.Send CV to: [email protected]
