Banking & Finance Officer (Iraq Local Hire)

CCFG IRAQ hires a Banking & Finance Officer (Iraq Local Hire)Location : BaghdadKey ResponsibilitiesHandle daily banking operations, including processing payments through the company’s local bank accounts in Iraq.Liaise with Iraqi commercial banks and assist with account opening, online banking operations, payment documentation, and other related banking procedures.Monitor payment status in a timely manner, resolve payment issues, refunds, and bank reconciliation discrepancies to ensure funds are transferred safely and accurately.Maintain and organize bank statements, payment records, and supporting documents on a regular basis, and assist the finance team with monthly reconciliations and audits.Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank representatives and relationship managers, and provide support in handling urgent banking matters when required.Requirements:Proven experience in operating local Iraqi bank accounts and a solid understanding of Iraqi banking systems and payment procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software for record keeping and reporting purposes.Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and risk awareness.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in finance or accounting roles within Chinese enterprises, international companies, or multinational organizations.Proficiency in Chinese communication (both written and spoken) will be considered a strong advantage.Knowledge of Iraqi tax regulations, foreign exchange transactions, banking compliance requirements, and related financial regulations.Previous working experience in a bank or financial institution is highly preferred.Salary Offer  Competitive salary, commensurate with experience How to apply?Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs (Arabic, English, or Chinese) to: [email protected] Please indicate "Banking & Treasury Officer Application – [Candidate Name]" in the email subject line. Job Reference  Banking & Finance Officer (Iraq Local Hire)
