**Job Title: Barber Shop Operations Manager**
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Salary:** AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month
**Working Days:** 5–6 days per week
**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day and long-term performance of a premium barber shop. The space includes 4 barber chairs, a facial treatment room, and manicure and pedicure services.
This role carries full responsibility for the operation of the business. The selected candidate will ensure that standards, service quality, and the culture of the brand are consistently reflected in every aspect of the customer experience.
This is a hands-on role. The Operations Manager will be present on the floor, leading the team, engaging with clients, and ensuring the business runs smoothly at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Operations & Daily Management**
* Oversee the full daily operation of the barber shop
* Ensure smooth coordination across barbering, grooming, and nail services
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
* Be present on the floor to monitor performance and customer experience
**Team Leadership & Culture**
* Lead, manage, and motivate the team to maintain consistency and quality
* Embed the culture and philosophy of On Time Grooming into daily operations
* Ensure staff professionalism, punctuality, and presentation standards
* Train and guide the team to deliver a refined and consistent experience
**Customer Experience & Retention**
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
* Build relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
* Handle feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
* Maintain a welcoming, attentive, and composed atmosphere
**Stock & Supplier Management**
* Monitor and manage inventory levels for all products and supplies
* Ensure all products are consistently stocked and available
* Coordinate with suppliers and place orders in a timely manner
* Work closely with the accountant to ensure stock records are accurate
**Financial Oversight & Reporting**
* Oversee daily sales performance and operational efficiency
* Work alongside the accountant to ensure alignment between sales, stock, and expenses
* Prepare and present monthly reports to the business owner
* Identify areas for improvement in cost control and revenue growth
**Business Development & Seasonal Planning**
* Plan improvements during both low and high seasons
* Develop strategies to maintain performance across varying demand periods
* Identify opportunities to enhance services and increase bookings
* Support marketing initiatives and in-store activations
**Quality Control & Standards**
* Ensure all services are delivered to a consistently high standard
* Monitor staff performance and attention to detail
* Uphold the overall brand image and positioning of the business
**Requirements**
* Minimum **5 years of experience** managing a barber shop, salon, or spa
* Strong understanding of grooming and personal care operations
* Proven experience in team leadership and customer service excellence
* Experience in stock management, supplier coordination, and reporting
* Ability to manage both operations and client-facing responsibilities
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in **Arabic and English**
