BIM Modeler

**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled **BIM Modeler (Landscape)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape projects and be proficient in BIM modeling and coordination. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as a BIM Modeler. * **UAE experience is mandatory.** * Proven experience in **landscape projects**. * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software. * Ability to prepare and develop detailed BIM models and drawings. * Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and project coordination. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for landscape projects. * Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams. * Ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards. * Assist in clash detection and model coordination activities.
