Role Overview We are seeking a talented **Blockchain Developer** to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying blockchain-based applications and smart contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build decentralized solutions that align with business goals and industry standards. Key Responsibilities * **Blockchain Development**: Design and implement blockchain-based applications and protocols. * **Smart Contracts**: Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar. * **Security**: Ensure the integrity and security of blockchain solutions. * **Integration**: Connect blockchain applications with existing enterprise systems. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions. * **Research**: Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks. Qualifications * Proven experience as a **Blockchain Developer** or similar role. * Strong proficiency in **Solidity**, **Rust**, or other blockchain programming languages. * Solid understanding of **cryptography**, **distributed systems**, and **consensus algorithms**. * Experience with **Ethereum**, **Hyperledger**, or other blockchain platforms. * Familiarity with **DeFi**, **NFTs**, and **Web3 technologies** is a plus. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
