Boutique Manager

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Develop strategies to increase sales of abayas, accessories, and custom orders. * Deliver personalized service to clients, including styling advice for abayas and modest fashion. * Supervise boutique staff (tailors ). * Support marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and new collection launches. * Knowledge of tailoring or customization processes. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong knowledge of abaya styles, fabrics, and modest fashion trends. Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month Experience: * fashion or abaya: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
