Branch Manager – Supermarket

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the supermarket, ensure smooth store functioning, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning * Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring * Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability * Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints * Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product availability * Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment * Maintain store hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards * Implement promotions, offers, and in-store marketing activities * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports * Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
