Business Center Manager – Workspace/Business Center Industry Mandatory

**Job Summary** We are hiring an experienced **Business Center Manager** to drive **sales, marketing, and operations** for serviced offices and coworking spaces at **DWTC, Dubai**. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in **closing office space / business centers** and managing occupancy-driven business centers. Candidate should also be able to **generate and bring their own leads/network where possible**. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive sales of serviced offices, private offices & coworking spaces * Must have experience **closing office space / workspace leasing deals** * Manage full sales cycle: lead → viewing → negotiation → closure * **Bring and develop own leads/network (corporates, SMEs, brokers, referrals)** * Increase occupancy and revenue across both centers * Oversee daily operations and client onboarding * Support marketing efforts (including listings on Bayut and Property Finder) * Manage CRM pipeline, reporting, and coordination with team **Requirements** * 3–6 years experience in **business centers / serviced offices (preferred)** * OR strong **real estate / workspace leasing background** * Must have **closed office space deals before** * Strong **network in UAE is an advantage (ability to bring leads)** * Experience in sales + operations management * CRM knowledge * **UAE experience required** Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
