Business Development Engineer

Job Summary: We are actively hiring for a Business Development Engineer to join our Dubai and Abu Dhabi team. We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong technical knowledge in pumps, skids, and air compressors, along with excellent communication and client management skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling key industrial sectors and building strong relationships with major clients in the Oil & Gas and EPC industries. Key Responsibilities: * Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. * Promote and sell pump, skid, and air compressor solutions. * Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and provide sales support. * Visit clients regularly to generate new business opportunities. * Coordinate with internal teams and work closely with the Product Manager. * Analyze market trends and support business growth strategies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 4–6 years of sales experience in pumps. * Strong knowledge of AODD and other Positive Displacement Pumps, Centrifugal & Submersible Pumps. * Experience in Oil & Gas/EPC industry preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. * Proficiency in ERP software and business tools. * Valid UAE driving license required.
