**Responsibilities:**
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
* Research target markets and industries (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech)
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
2. Client Acquisition
* Approach and convert prospects into paying clients
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos
* Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions (software, apps, web development, etc.)
3. Requirement Gathering
* Communicate with clients to understand technical and business requirements
* Coordinate with internal teams (developers, project managers) to align solutions
* Prepare detailed briefs or proposals
4. Proposal & Pricing
* Prepare business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients
* Ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness
5. Relationship Management
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Act as the point of contact for client communication
* Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
6. Market Research & Strategy
* Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends
* Identify new business opportunities (new markets, services, or products)
* Provide feedback to management for strategic decisions
7. Sales Target Achievement
* Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
* Track performance using CRM tools
* Maintain sales reports and forecasts
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams
* Work closely with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
* Coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility
* Ensure smooth project handover after closing deals
9. Upselling & Cross-Selling
* Identify opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients
* Promote upgrades, maintenance packages, or new IT solutions
10. Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions
* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
* Update CRM systems regularly
**Key Skills Required**
* Minimum 2 Years of sales experience is required
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Basic understanding of IT services (web, mobile apps, software, cloud)
* Sales & persuasion ability
* Relationship-building mindset
* Candidates should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
* Time management and target-driven approach
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
