**Business Development - Exhibitions & Events**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities within the Exhibition sector. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* **Market Research:**
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights gathered to develop targeted strategies for business growth.
* **Lead Generation:**
* Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
* **Client Relationship Management:**
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements to effectively position our exhibition and event solutions and services.
* **Proposal Development:**
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Tailor solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget constraints.
* **Negotiation and Closing:**
* Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts. Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth handover and execution of projects.
* **Collaboration:**
* Collaborate with internal teams including design, estimation, and project management to develop innovative solutions that meet client expectations and project objectives.
* **Reporting and Forecasting:**
* Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management. Forecast sales targets and track progress towards achieving them.
* **Industry Networking:** Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
* Proven experience in business development within the Exhibition/Events Industry.
* Russian speaking will be an advantage but not mandatory
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
