The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing key business relationships. The candidate will lead contract negotiations, develop comprehensive business plans, and spearhead initiatives to expand market reach and drive sales. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets will also be a key responsibility. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Planning * Expertise in Business Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation * Strong Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities * Leadership and team management experience * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus * Q Grader | Q processor * SCA Certified * Green Coffee Curator * Coffee expert * Sourcing and purchaser for green bean trading * Green Coffee Buyer * Coffee & F&B Consultant * Brand & Franchise Development Coffee Operations & QC | SCA/CQI/ SCI Instructor * Training Expert Work Location: In person
