We are currently looking for a high energy Business Development Manager to identify new market opportunities and accelerate our commercial growth. **Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Employment Type:** Full time **Location:** Dubai, United Arab Emirates **The Role** As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be the primary point of contact for new clients and strategic partners, tasked with identifying untapped sectors and developing creative sales strategies. This role requires a professional who is not only a closer but also a relationship builder who understands the unique fast paced nature of the Dubai trading industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base in the UAE and wider GCC. * Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. * Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth forecasts for senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the trading or wholesale sector in Dubai. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. * Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural business etiquette in the Middle East. * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for client visits and field work. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a distinct advantage. **What We Offer** * A competitive salary package with an attractive commission structure based on performance. * Comprehensive health insurance as per UAE regulations. * UAE residency sponsorship and labor card. * The opportunity to play a leading role in a growing trading company with a flat hierarchy. * Annual leave and end of service benefits according to UAE labor law.
