Business development manager will help Al Ghandi Insurance Broker to expand their clientele. The ideal candidate should have dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. **Key Tasks:** · Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones · Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc · Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans · Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution · Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records · Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation · Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field · Fulfil all company-established policy obligations · Any other ADHOC Tasks assigned by the Department Heads Actively promoting insurance products and services, identifying potential clients, and expanding the client base to achieve sales targets and business growth **Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required:** . Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as insurance sales representative . A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field . Good Comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, property, medical etc. . Ability to build rapport, communicate with C-suite executives, and negotiate contracts effectively . Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office is standard Work Location: In person
