**Job Summary**
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and increasing company revenue within the events industry. The role includes sales, client meetings, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
* Coordinate with operations and production teams for project execution.
* Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
* Attend client meetings and networking events.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, or Events.
* Minimum 2–3 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the events industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* UAE driving license is an advantage.
