As we expand internationally, we are looking for ambitious and well-connected **Business Development / Accounts Managers** residing in **Dubai, Vietnam, or Singapore** to help grow PUNX across key global markets.

This role is focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, and helping introduce PUNX’s AI-powered creative capabilities to brands, agencies, and partners in your market.
You will act as a strategic growth representative for PUNX — helping open doors, generate conversations, manage client relationships, and coordinate closely with our internal teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
This is an ideal role for someone who understands the future of marketing, creative production, AI, content, and brand experiences — and wants to help shape the next generation of the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Generate leads and manage the full business development pipeline from outreach to closing.
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients and ensure strong account management and communication.
* Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, production, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch materials.
Represent PUNX during meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry activities.
* Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, cultural shifts, and competitive activity.
* Help localize PUNX’s positioning, messaging, and business approach for your market.

**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or Marketing.
* Experience working within agency, creative, digital, media, branding, production, or technology environments is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong understanding of the local business landscape and client culture within your assigned market.
* Existing network within brands, agencies, startups, or enterprise organizations is a strong advantage.
* Highly organized with strong multitasking and project coordination abilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
* Strong interest in AI, technology, content, innovation, and the future of creative industries.
* Fluent English communication skills required.
Arabic (Dubai/UAE), Vietnamese (Vietnam), or Mandarin is a plus depending on the market.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
