**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with experience in B2B business development.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
* Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
* Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and management teams to ensure successful client delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
* Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in Staffing & Recruitment, IT Services, Offshore Recruiting, or Consulting.
* Knowledge of the US recruitment industry and client acquisition process.
* Experience working with MSP, VMS, and direct clients.
