We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** to drive B2B sales for flooring solutions, with a strong focus on **hand‑tufted & Axminster carpets** for hospitality and commercial projects.
**Key Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in flooring/carpet sales.
* Strong knowledge of hand-tufted, Axminster, and printed carpets.
* Proven background in **flooring solutions** (hospitality & commercial sectors)
* Strong experience handling **B2B clients**
* Established connections with interior designers, fit-out contractors, architects, engineers, and developers in the UAE market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to lead projects, meet targets, and deliver results under deadlines.
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player.
* **UAE Driving License** is must.
* **English** fluency required; **Arabic** is an advantage

**Responsbilities**
· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in the **hospitality and commercial flooring sector**.
· Identify, target, and acquire **new B2B clients** including hotels, designers, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
· Manage the full sales cycle: **lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing**.
· Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers in the UAE market.
· Track ongoing projects, follow up on tenders, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and
contribute to company revenue growth.
· Represent the company at client meetings, site
**visits, exhibitions, and industry events**.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communication.
· Provide regular market feedback to management regarding **competitors, pricing, and new opportunities**.
