**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading revenue-generating initiatives while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and sustainable business expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**
Business Development & Market Expansion
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments across various industries.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
* Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
* Support the development of new service offerings and expansion strategies to enhance company profitability.
**Client Relationship Management**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen business engagement.
* Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements to secure profitable deals.
* Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments during project handover and execution phases.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
**Sales Performance & Revenue Generation**
* Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Monitor sales pipelines, business opportunities, and conversion performance.
* Prepare regular business development reports, forecasts, and KPI analyses for management review.
* Recommend strategies to improve revenue growth, market positioning, and return on investment.
**Collaboration & Leadership**
* Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and project teams to align business goals.
* Support and mentor junior sales or business development staff when required.
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking functions.
* Contribute to creating a high-performance and client-focused business culture.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* MBA or professional business certification is an advantage.
* Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in business development or corporate sales within the UAE.
* Experience in real estate, hospitality, F&B, facility management, or related industries is preferred.
* Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, tendering processes, and commercial practices.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
