As part of our expansion, we are looking for a commercially driven **Business Development Manager** to support growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence across Dubai and the GCC. Role Overview The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, developing long-term business relationships, and introducing innovative experiential and creative solutions to prospective clients. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in **events, experiential marketing, media, advertising, luxury services, creative industries, or client partnerships**, who enjoys networking, presenting ideas, and closing business opportunities. Your Responsibilities * Source and develop new business opportunities within UAE and GCC markets. * Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, agencies, hospitality groups, malls, developers, luxury brands, and event stakeholders. * Introduce and present immersive creative concepts and experiential solutions to prospective clients. * Conduct business meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new partnerships. * Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring timely follow-ups on business opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial opportunities with project execution. * Explore partnerships and commercial opportunities that contribute to company growth. * Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to strengthen market visibility. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business potential. * Maintain organized reporting, sales updates, and client relationship records. Candidate Profile We are looking for a confident and business-oriented professional with strong relationship management skills and a passion for commercial growth. Preferred Qualifications & Experience * 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in: * Business Development * Events & Activations * Experiential Marketing * Media / Advertising * Creative Technology * Luxury or Hospitality Services * Strong understanding of the UAE market and commercial environment. * Existing professional network in events, hospitality, agencies, retail, government, or corporate sectors is highly preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of independently managing opportunities. * UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
