Job Title: Business Development Manager (Construction & Facilities Management)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based Performance
Job Brief
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) or Civil Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new contracts in the construction and FM sectors. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building a robust project pipeline, and closing deals across civil works, villa construction, and Facilities Management (Hard & Soft services).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and secure new leads for villa construction, civil renovations, and FM contracts.
* Contract Procurement: Target and win Hard FM (MEP, HVAC, Civil) and Soft FM (Cleaning, Landscaping, Security) service contracts.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with property developers, consultants, villa owners, and corporate clients.
* Tendering: Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from initial inquiry to final contract signing.
* Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to stay ahead of competitors in the local construction market.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales/BDM experience in the Abu Dhabi/Dubai construction or FM industry.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of civil works, villa construction stages, and the difference between Hard and Soft FM services.
* Network: An existing database of potential clients, consultants, or subcontractors is highly preferred.
* Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
* Driving License: A valid local driving license is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.
