**Pay:** 8,000.00 (AED)-20,000.00 (AED) per month Job Description: **Job Title: Broker Relationship Manager** Job Description: Main responsibilities will include: · Build strong relationships with brokers, clients and aggregators. · Prepare and presents Orange products to clients · Conduct product and system trainings for distribution teams · Coordinate with marketing team for effective product presentations. · Achieve the targets set by management · Increase the volume of RFQs by supporting and guiding brokers in their efforts. · Accompany brokers to crucial business closing meetings · Provide dedicated client support services to ensure satisfaction and retention. · Manage portfolios of each broker · Implement aggressive and effective sales strategies for revenue growth. · Regularly report sales progress to management. · Coordinate between the wellness team and clients for service delivery. · Oversee and coordinate after-sales services to maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. · Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the insurance industry, preferably in health insurance. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. · Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. · Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. · Knowledge of the UAE health insurance market and regulatory framework is preferred. · Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
