Business Development Manager - Interior(Fitout)

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * 5–8 years of experience in sales/business development in the interiors fit-out industry. * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. * Strong network of contacts within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously. * Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. * UAE experience only. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
