**Details:** ASBIS is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, distribution, and channel development for a leading global consumer electronics brand across the Middle East region. The role will be responsible for managing sell-in, sell-out, stock control, partner performance, and business expansion across retail, e-commerce, distribution, and reseller channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market presence, launching new products, and driving profitable growth through strong commercial execution and market knowledge.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development or Channel Sales role
* Mandatory experience within consumer electronics, retail, or distribution environments
* Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distribution landscape within the Middle East markets
* Experience working with leading retail chains, online players, and distributors
* Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
* Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and inventory management
* Good analytical skills with strong market awareness and business acumen
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
* Professional Arabic/Russian is a big plus
Functions
* Develop and implement business development and distribution strategies across the Middle East region
* Identify and develop new sales channels including distributors, retail chains, e-commerce, marketplaces, and resellers
* Drive sell-in and sell-out activities with assigned partners
* Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities in the region
* Build and execute country-level sales development plans
* Manage commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, assortment expansion, and listing plans
* Monitor stock levels, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory performance together with central teams
* Conduct market analysis including competitor activity, pricing, customer segments, and channel dynamics
* Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising across offline and online channels
* Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams to support business growth
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, PSI/CPFR reporting, and performance reports
* Ensure timely collection of partner payments and overall account management responsibility
