We are seeking a driven and resourceful **Business Development Manager** to lead business development and client acquisition efforts for a fast-growing distribution company specializing in **eco-friendly, high-performance food service and packaging solutions**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in **B2B sales** within the UAE market and a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across the hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors. **Key Responsibilities** **Business Development & Client Acquisition** * Identify and pursue new B2B customers, including retailers, distributors, restaurants, and catering companies. * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue. * Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals. * Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, referrals, and industry networking. **Account Management** * Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business. * Understand customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions. * Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries or issues. * Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with operations to meet service standards. **Sales Operations** * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress regularly. * Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. * Prepare and maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and contracts. * Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to support strategic decisions. **Qualifications & Experience** * 4+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE (preferably in packaging, F&B supply, or fast-moving goods). * Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * UAE driving license required. * Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. **Key Competencies** * Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales. * Excellent communication and client management abilities. * Strong understanding of UAE business culture and B2B sales cycles. * Organized, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi)
