**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Marketing Manager with a strong background in the UAE market, specializing in cloud service provision, local IT support, and IT infrastructure setup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding presence across corporate and key industry verticals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in cloud services, managed services, and IT infrastructure solutions.
* Drive sales and marketing strategies to expand market share in the UAE and GCC region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders across multiple verticals.
* Lead end-to-end business development cycles, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
* Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored IT and cloud solutions to clients.
* Develop go-to-market strategies for cloud offerings, local support services, and infrastructure solutions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
* Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
**Key Requirements**
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing within the IT industry.
* Strong exposure to the UAE market is highly preferred.
* Proven experience in selling cloud services, managed services, and IT infrastructure solutions.
* Strong network within corporate segments and various industry verticals.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
**Preferred Skills**
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
* Experience with IT infrastructure solutions, virtualization, and data center services.
* Strong understanding of UAE corporate procurement processes and regulations.
* Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
