A results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT company. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT solutions, software services, cloud solutions, AI solutions, digital transformation services, or managed IT services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
* Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Coordinate with technical and project teams to deliver client requirements
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports
* Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
* Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field
* Proven experience in IT sales or business development
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of software development, cloud services, AI, cybersecurity, or digital solutions
* Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
* Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
* Strong presentation and relationship management skills
* Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in B2B sales within the technology sector
* Knowledge of UAE/GCC market is an advantage
* Certifications in sales, digital marketing, or cloud technologies are a plus
* Existing network of corporate clients preferred
