Business Development Operations Manager- Fitness

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth within our fitness organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, increasing revenue, managing client relationships, and supporting overall business expansion. Key Responsibilities:Business Development: * Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders * Develop strategies to increase memberships, revenue, and brand awareness * Conduct market research and analyze industry trends * Support marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth Operations Management: * Oversee daily gym/fitness facility operations * Ensure smooth coordination between departments and staff * Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements * Manage budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance * Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction * Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies Team Management: * Supervise and support fitness and administrative staff * Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management * Conduct staff training and operational meetings Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sports Management * Candidates from Europe or North America preferred * Proven experience in business development and operations management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Proficiency in MS Office and business management software Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
