Business Development & Sales Coordinator. Role Summary The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving sales performance through data analysis, lead generation strategy, team coordination, and reporting. This is a fully internal role — the focus is on empowering the sales team, not direct customer engagement. Key Responsibilities **Sales Analysis & Strategy** * Analyze sales patterns, trends, and performance data on a regular basis using BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / similar) * Identify gaps, opportunities, and growth areas from data insights * Translate data findings into actionable strategies for the sales team **Lead Management** * Research and identify potential new leads through market analysis and BI dashboards * Qualify and distribute leads to the appropriate Sales Executives based on territory, capacity, or expertise * Maintain and optimize the lead pipeline in the CRM system **Team Coordination** * Serve as the central coordinator between Sales Executives, ensuring smooth workflow and alignment * Coordinate with the Design team for sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials * Facilitate communication between sales and other internal departments **Reporting & Accountability** * Collect and review Weekly Sales Reports from all Sales Executives * Compile consolidated performance summaries for senior management * Track KPIs and flag underperformance or bottlenecks proactively Required Skills * Proficiency in **BI tools** (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills * Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) * Excellent coordination and organizational skills * Strong written communication for reporting * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally What This Role is NOT , This role has no direct customer interaction. The Sales Operations Manager works entirely behind the scenes to support and optimize the sales team's output. Experience Required * Prior experience working with sales teams preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to move to Abu Dhabi ?
