Business Manager (IT)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager (IT) with an e-commerce background to oversee and manage overall business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, implementing new strategies, and ensuring smooth execution across all business functions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end business operations, especially within the IT and e-commerce domain * Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth and profitability * Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion * Oversee product performance, pricing, and sales strategies on e-commerce platforms * Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and support) * Improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes * Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and platforms **Requirements:** * Age: Below 35 years * Minimum 4 years of proven experience in e-commerce and IT-related business management * Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital business models * Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and leadership abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field * Experience managing multi-platform e-commerce operations * Candidates with their **own visa** will be preferred **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary package: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (based on experience) Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Current Salary ? * Are comfortable with the salary range ? * What type of products or categories have you managed? * Do you have experience in e-commerce ? * Visa status ? * Age ?
