Position: Business Support OfficerLocation: Baghdad (5 days a week)Company: Digital Future for E- PaymentsKey responsibilitiesTicket Management: Receive, create, and resolve tickets within the time specified in the SLA.Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing clear solutions and explanations to customers.Communication: Keeping requesters informed about tickets status, estimated resolution times (SLA), and progress updates.Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, solutions, and feedback.Follow-up: Ensuring customer issues are fully resolved and gathering feedback to improve services.Development: Continuous development to reduce the time required to resolve issues and tickets.Essential Skills:Technical expertise: Familiarity with payment systems, software, and technology.Communication skills: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers.Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Time management: Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple tickets, and meeting deadlines.Customer service skills: Providing excellent customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.Teamwork: Working in harmony with the team with skill and high efficiencySubmit your CV to email: [email protected] and mention " Business Support Officer" in the subject
