Café Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving sales while creating a welcoming and positive environment for customers and employees. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Manage and supervise café staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and motivation. * Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies, ingredients, and café materials. * Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and compliance with company standards and health regulations. * Manage cash handling, billing, daily sales reporting, and basic financial records. * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials. * Develop strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall café performance. * Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages. * Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and workplace discipline. * Support marketing activities, promotions, and special events to increase customer engagement. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar hospitality role. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of café operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Good organizational and multitasking skills. * Basic knowledge of POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory management. * UAE experience is preferred. Preferred Skills: * Experience in specialty coffee or café operations. * Strong understanding of customer experience and hospitality standards. * Ability to manage staff performance and operational efficiency effectively.
