Key Responsibilities
**Daily Operations**
* Oversee day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth service
* Maintain high standards of efficiency and customer experience
**Team Management**
* Supervise café staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
* Motivate the team and ensure proper discipline, grooming, and punctuality
* Support staff development and teamwork
**Customer Service**
* Ensure excellent customer service at all times
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
**Inventory & Supplies**
* Monitor stock levels and manage ordering of supplies and ingredients
* Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
**Hygiene & Compliance**
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained
* Follow all health and safety regulations
**Sales & Reporting**
* Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting
* Maintain basic financial and operational records
**Marketing & Growth**
* Support promotions, events, and marketing activities
* Help improve sales and customer engagement
**Presentation & Quality**
* Ensure attractive product display and consistent food and beverage quality
**Operations Control**
* Ensure efficient use of staff and resources
* Help maintain cost control and operational productivity
Requirements
* Proven experience as Café Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good customer service and problem-solving ability
* Knowledge of café operations, hygiene, and food safety standards
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting
* UAE experience preferred
