🚨 We’re Hiring: Call Center AgentJoin Areeba Iraq and become part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional customer support across innovative digital payment solutions and services.We are looking for a Call Center Agent who will ensure professional customer handling, efficient issue resolution, and high-quality support experience for our clients and users.📍 LocationBaghdad, Iraq💼 Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound customer calls and provide support across company products and services.• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.• Log and follow up customer cases through the ticketing system.• Escalate unresolved cases to relevant teams within defined SLAs.• Track customer complaints and feedback to support service improvements.• Prepare reports highlighting recurring issues and improvement opportunities.🎓 Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.• 1+ years of experience in electronic banking, e-payment solutions, or customer support roles.• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Good knowledge of MS Office and general IT systems.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.• Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills.📩 ApplySend your CV to: [email protected] us and help shape the future of electronic payments in Iraq.
