Job Title: Cashier (Female Only)Department: Customer Service/SalesLocation: ErbilEmployment Type: Full-time Job Summary:The cashier is responsible for greeting customers, registering orders, receiving payments, and completing sales transactions accurately and quickly, while providing outstanding customer service that reflects the quality and hospitality standards adopted at the Restaurant.Duties and Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers professionally and courteously.Accurately and quickly record orders on the Point of Sale (POS) system.Receive cash and electronic payments and issue invoices.Verify order accuracy before sending them to the kitchen or delivering them to customers.Maintain the cash register and reconcile the balances throughout the shift.Follow up on delivery orders and coordinate with the operations team as needed.Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier and reception area.Adhere to company policies an customer service standards.Support the team with operational tasks as needed. Qualifications and Requirements:Female candidates only.Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficiency in computer use and POS systems is an advantage.Professional appearance and conductWorking conditions and benefits:9-hour workday.One day off midweek.One meal per day.Opportunities for career development and advancement within the Restaurant.Send Your CV to this Whatsapp number 07503803260
