Centre Manager - Education Sector

Explore Educational Institute is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and energetic Centre Manager. Roles & Responsibilities: * Proven experience in managing an educational center or branch * Strong leadership and communication skills * Based in Dubai and ready to join immediately * Minimum 5 years teaching or academic leadership * Knowledge of CBSE, IGCSE, IB, A-Levels or American curriculum * Prior experience in a Dubai or UAE institution preferred * Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning * Manage academic and non-academic staff * Drive student enrolments and ensure high satisfaction levels * Design and implement different curriculum-aligned teaching plans and study materials * Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies * Conduct regular assessments, mock exams, and performance reviews * Liaise with parents regarding student academic progress and concerns * Ensure teaching quality and consistency across all classes and subjects * Support the centre director in launching new programmes and initiatives * NEET/ JEE Entrance coaching / test centre experience. * This will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career and not a job. * Should have a thorough knowledge of the industry and increase the client base month on month. * A leadership material who does not hesitate to venture into new ideas to increase shareholders' value. * You should train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate. * You should have proven experience within a sales or business development position that has included sales, strategy, project management, and operational skills. * You should plan and manage the execution of marketing and enrolment strategies to improve inquiry conversion to enrolled.
