Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, investors, and channel partners
* Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
* Promote and position our luxury real estate portfolio to potential clients and partners
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
* Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and conversions
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
* Strong network of brokers, investors, and industry professionals in Dubai
* Proven track record in generating leads and closing high-value deals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
