Chartered Accountant

Thomsun Group is a diversified UAE-based conglomerate operating across trading, logistics, retail, education, and manufacturing sectors. The finance team handles multi-division accounting, reporting, and compliance across UAE operations. **Job Title** - Chartered Accountant (CA) / Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant (role varies by level) **Key Responsibilities, Accounting & Reporting** * Manage full-cycle accounting (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets) * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Handle month-end and year-end closing processes * Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management **Compliance & Audit** * Ensure compliance with IFRS standards * Coordinate internal and external audits * Support audit queries and provide required documentation * Maintain internal financial controls and policies **Financial Management** * Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management * Variance analysis and financial performance tracking * Support strategic decision-making with financial insights **Leadership (for senior/Chief CA roles)** * Supervise accounting team * Mentor junior accountants * Review financial operations across divisions **Requirements** * Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR CA Inter (role-dependent) * 5+ years post-qualification experience (for senior roles) * Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE corporate tax * Experience in trading/logistics/multi-division groups preferred * ERP system experience * Advanced Excel and reporting skills * Strong analytical, accuracy, and deadline management skills Location * Dubai Application Question(s): * Are you qualified CA? or CA Inter? * Please mention your Date of Birth, Current Salary and Expected Salary?
