Civil Draftsman

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate civil drawings, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed civil and infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software. * Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details as required. * Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes, municipality requirements, and project specifications. * Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, consultants, and other disciplines to incorporate design changes. * Review and update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements. * Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant agencies. * Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and ensure drawings match actual site conditions. * Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely submission of all drafting work. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman. * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit will be an advantage. * Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, building codes, and approval processes. * Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction projects. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. **Location:** UAE **Job Type:** Full-time Work Location: In person
