Civil Draftsman (Construction / Fit-Out / Maintenance)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Civil Draftsman** to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in **construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects**, and must be proficient in preparing accurate technical drawings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed **shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts** * Interpret **architectural and structural drawings** * Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers * Modify and update drawings based on site requirements * Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards * Maintain proper documentation and drawing records **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **Civil Draftsman** in construction/fit-out/maintenance * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and related drafting software * Strong knowledge of **UAE construction standards and practices** * Good communication and coordination skills * **Tagalog speaker preferred** * Must be available for **immediate joining** Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
