Civil Engineer

* Plan, design, and supervise construction projects such as buildings, roads, and infrastructure works. * Review project drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority regulations. * Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project schedule. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, project managers, and site teams for smooth execution. * Prepare project progress reports, work schedules, and material requirement plans. * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety standards, and construction accuracy. * Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within approved deadlines. * Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve site technical issues. * Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment at site. * Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work certifications. * Implement and monitor health & safety regulations on site. * Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and management for project updates. * Support procurement team by providing technical specifications for materials. * Identify and resolve site-related problems quickly to avoid delays. * Ensure all construction activities comply with UAE municipality and authority requirements. Skills & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. * Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. * Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
