Civil Engineer

**Key Responsibilities** * **Design and Analysis:** Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for foundations, drainage, and structural elements. * **Site Management:** Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with blueprints, safety standards, and environmental regulations. * **Permitting & Approvals:** Coordinate with local municipalities, transportation authorities (e.g., RTA in UAE), and utility providers for necessary NOCs and permits. * **Project Control:** Manage project schedules, costs, material submittals, and, in some cases, lead junior staff or subcontractors. * **Problem Solving:** Identify risks, perform feasibility studies, and resolve structural design problems. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Technical Proficiency:** Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and design software. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * **Skills:** Project management, attention to detail, structural analysis, and strong communication skills. * **Licensing:** Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is often required or preferred.
