ey Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites. * Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Prepare and review site reports, work schedules, material requests, and progress reports. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. * Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Verify quantities, prepare measurements, and assist in project billing and cost control. * Coordinate with procurement teams for material approvals and timely delivery of construction materials. * Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations, building codes, and company policies. * Attend project meetings and provide technical support to site personnel. * Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. * Manage manpower allocation and site resources efficiently to achieve project targets. * Maintain project documentation and records accurately. * Assist in project handover activities and preparation of close-out documents. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * 3–4 years of relevant UAE construction experience. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and safety requirements. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
